Warranty:
Remshi Designs products carry a lifetime warranty. If you run into any issues with your Shino, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance. That said, the warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from user error (stripped screws, user-inflicted damage, etc.). I can still offer repair in such instances, but you will be charged accordingly for it. Repairs that are covered under the warranty policy are, of course, provided free-of-charge!
Some examples of issues covered under warranty:
- Any persistent tuning issues (tap, excessive handle play, binding)
- Handle slap (zen pin failure)
Disclaimer: What is and isn't covered by the warranty policy is entirely up to my discretion.
Sustainability
Remshi Designs is committed to packaging our products with sustainable materials. This includes the box, packing material, tape, and hardware baggies! I believe the only plastic utilized in our packaging is the shipping label itself :)
In addition, the pouches that Kuno units are packaged in are hand-sewn and embroidered by my wife (from natural fibers). Please let us know if you have any further feedback or suggestions for how we can improve our commitment to sustainability!
