Aluno (PROTOTYPE)
Aluno (PROTOTYPE)
Disclaimer: You are purchasing a prototype of an experimental design! These units are rougher around the edges than my production balisongs, and may feature looser tunes as well.
Also, it is unlikely that the Aluno will ever become a full production design, so these 5 units could be the only ones to ever exist (no promises either way)!
These units will be assembled-to-order, so please allow up to ~1 week lead time before your order ships. Thanks in advance for your patience <3

Support:
If you would like to know more about maintaining your Aluno, please refer to the product maintenance guide.
If you would like to order spare/replacement hardware, contact me or refer to the hardware guide.
Warranty:
Remshi Designs products carry a lifetime warranty. If you run into any issues with your Aluno, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance. That said, the warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from user error (stripped screws, user-inflicted damage, etc.). I can still offer repair in such instances, but you will be charged accordingly for it. Repairs that are covered under the warranty policy are, of course, provided free-of-charge!
Some examples of issues covered under warranty:
- Any persistent tuning issues (tap, excessive handle play, binding)
Important: Normally, handle slap (pinsless failure) is covered under my warranty, but given the experimental nature of this design I am not currently offering this coverage for the Aluno.
Disclaimer: What is and isn't covered by the warranty policy is entirely up to my discretion.
Sustainability
Remshi Designs is committed to packaging our products with sustainable materials. This includes the box, packing material, tape, and hardware baggies! I believe the only plastic utilized in our packaging is the shipping label itself :)
NOTE:
This product is a balisong trainer and not a knife. The "blade" shown in the accompanying photos is a dull slab of titanium that cannot be used as a weapon. This product is strictly made for recreational/educational purposes only.
